Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Executive Chef will be responsible for designing and producing menu items, overseeing kitchen operations both at the Central Kitchen as well as the outlets, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and maintaining inventory levels. The role also involves collaborating with management to plan and execute events, monitoring budgetary constraints, and staying updated with culinary trends to innovate and improve menu offerings.
