Responsibilities
- Keep residents engaged through sessions and recreational activities.
- Execute clinical program as directed by Center Head and Medical Director.
- Suggest and recommend strategies for the betterment of the organization.
- Collaborate with other departments when needed.
- Maintain a patient-first approach.
- Mental Gym sessions
- Art-based therapy sessions
- Family intervention
