Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Psychologist based in Hyderabad. The Psychologist will provide counseling and therapy services, conduct psychological assessments, and develop treatment plans to support clients' mental health and well-being. Duties may include working with individuals and groups, addressing workplace mental health challenges, and collaborating with other professionals to enhance workplace wellness. Contributing to workshops and employee assistance programs will also be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Psychology and Mental Health with a strong understanding of human behavior and emotional well-being
• Experience with Counseling and providing therapy for individuals or groups
• Proficiency in Psychological Assessment, including the ability to administer and interpret tests and evaluations
• A background in Medicine, specifically related to mental health, is an advantage
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Relevant certifications or licensure to practice as a psychologist in India
