Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counsellor at ICFM, located in Delhi, India. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, including providing information about courses, addressing inquiries, offering career guidance, and facilitating enrollment. The role involves building strong relationships with candidates, maintaining communication, and meeting admission targets while ensuring a positive experience for all applicants.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding admission enquiries.
  • Counsel students about courses, program benefits, and career opportunities.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert them into admissions.
  • Maintain proper records of student interactions and admissions data in CRM / Excel.
  • Coordinate with the academic team to schedule counselling sessions, interviews, or demo classes.
  • Achieve monthly admission / enrolment targets.
  • Provide accurate information and a positive experience to every prospective student.

Required Skills & Competencies :

  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling).
  • Confidence in telecalling and counselling.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Eligibility :

  • Education : Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with prior counselling / telecalling experience will be an added advantage.
