Social Media Specialist

About the Role :

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist with a proven track record of scaling and managing large social media platforms—especially Instagram and LinkedIn . If you’ve built communities, cracked the algorithm, and know how to drive both engagement and follower growth for a media or content-led brand, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and execute the content strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Drive follower growth, engagement, and reach through smart content planning, trend-mapping, and platform-specific storytelling
• Collaborate with editorial, design, and video teams to create platform-native content
• Analyze performance metrics and constantly optimize content formats, posting times, and strategies
• Manage influencer collaborations, social partnerships, and reels strategy where applicable
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates
