Key Responsibilities : Social media specialist

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, project launches, and festive / promotional events.
  • Coordinate with branding, design, and content teams to plan platform-specific content (static posts, reels, stories, carousels, videos, etc.

Social Media Manage day-to-day posting and engagement across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

  • Write engaging captions and hashtags that reflect the brand tone and resonate with the target audience (homebuyers, investors, NRI clients).
  • Manage paid social campaigns in coordination with the performance marketing team.
  • Community Monitor inboxes, comments, and messages; respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Build and nurture an active online community to drive brand affinity and trust.
  • Campaigns & Run and support social media campaigns for project launches, walk-in drives, contests, and events.

  • Collaborate with influencers, photographers, and video creators for high-impact visual storytelling.
  • Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, impressions, and conversions.
  • Use insights from tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and third-party tools to optimize content and strategy.
  • Prepare monthly reports with recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Trend Monitoring & Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes.

  • Recommend and implement creative formats like reels, polls, live videos, 3D walkthroughs, or virtual 2-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or lead-based industries.
  • Key Skills :

  • Excellent content writing and copywriting skills for social media.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter algorithms and best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic / video tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or mobile editing apps.
  • Strong coordination and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with real estate audiences, project promotion strategies, and buyer engagement
