We’re looking for a Female candidate for Social Media Expert role who can build, scale, and lead our brand presence across platforms. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing social strategies, managing collaborations, crafting compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and driving real business outcomes through digital storytelling. This is a high-visibility role where your ideas and execution will directly impact brand growth, engagement, and perception.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
Build and execute a social media strategy aligned with broader marketing and business objectives
Identify target audiences, content pillars, trends, and platform opportunities
2. Content Creation & Management
Plan and oversee a robust content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, photographers, and videographers to deliver thumb-stopping, high-quality content
Manage social copy, captions, hashtags, and tone to maintain brand consistency
3. Community & Collaboration
Build and nurture a vibrant digital community by actively engaging with followers, customers, and potential collaborators
Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, creators, and brands to drive engagement and reach
4. Performance & Data Analysis
Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth, and conversion
Generate monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for optimization
Use data to experiment, iterate, and fine-tune strategy across platforms
5. Growth & Innovation
Stay ahead of social trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation
Identify and execute breakthrough ideas to scale social media presence and community organically
What You Bring
1. 1–4 years of hands-on experience in social media strategy, content, and performance marketing
2. Proven track record of growing social media pages and driving business impact
3. Strong understanding of platform-specific nuances and content formats
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
5. Ability to think creatively and solve problems in real-time
6. Highly agile, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
7. Experience with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus
8. Bonus : Prior experience in real estate, lifestyle, luxury, or high-growth startup ecosystems
