Payroll Lead

Key Responsibilities :

Payroll Management & Leadership :

• Lead and manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple entities, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Supervise payroll executives / associates and provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Validate employee data, attendance, variable components, and reconciliations prior to payroll disbursement.
• Ensure robust controls are in place for error-free payroll processing.
