Requirements

• Lead end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery across all phases
• Provide expert guidance on SAP HCM Payroll best practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements
• Configure and customize SAP HCM Payroll modules to align with specific client needs, with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within SAP HCM Payroll applications and integrations
• Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for both clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems
• Keep abreast of latest SAP HCM Payroll enhancements, legal changes, and technology trends

Must-Have Skills :
