Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Acquisition specialist located in Hyderabad. The HR Business Partner cum Talent Acquisition lead will be responsible for managing HR policies, handling employee relations, hiring across academic and non-academic roles, ensuring compliance with relevant labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes. The role involves working closely with various departments to address HR-related needs and support the overall strategic goals of the school.

Qualifications / Desired Experience :

• Talent Acquisition in K12 education sector
• HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Employee Relations skills
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law relevant for K12 school setup
• Experience in Performance Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is desirable.
• Experience in the K12 education sector is a plus
• Ability to source candidate profiles, manage interview process and complete the hiring for both Academic and Non-Academic roles in the K12 education space.
• The job location is Hyderabad. This is an on-site, full time role.
