Recruitment
² Strategically source and attract candidates for various manufacturing roles (e.g., skilled labor, engineers, supervisors) using job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms. Crafting emails for attracting passive candidates.
² Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other databases to maintain accurate candidate records, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports.
² Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage complex recruitment processes.
² Stay updated on industry trends, conduct salary benchmarking, and attend job fairs or industry events to find and recruit potential talent.
² Sending job offer and recruiting emails, and also answering queries related to compensation and benefits.
² Monitoring HR metrics (e.g. source of hire, time-to-hire, and time-to-fill, etc.)
² Hosting recruitment events and participating in job fairs
² Collaborating with management for identifying future staffing needs.
² Administer the offer process, including compensation negotiation, and manage the initial steps of onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the manufacturing workforce.
Training & Development :
² Coordinate with other departments to identify and address training needs.
² Develop and implement training programs for new and current employees.
² Train new hires on manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
² Conduct ongoing training to enhance employee skills, capabilities, and performance.
² Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
² Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulations.
