• Lead and manage a team of professionals and address client needs and expectations.
• Analyse existing workflow processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Proficiency in using workflow management software.
• Ability to analyse data to identify trends, inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Strong Knowledge on payment screening and sanctions and basic excel knowledge.
