Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for Salesforce development teams.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas of improvement through Salesforce solutions.
- Configure Salesforce features including custom objects, workflows, approval processes, and dashboards.
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions.
- Support the entire project lifecycle including testing, training, change management, and deployment.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform capabilities, releases, and best practices to maximize solution value.
- Assist in project planning, sprint ceremonies (Agile), and backlog grooming.
- Use tools like Jira, Confluence, and other project management software to maintain documentation and manage tasks.
Core Competencies & Skills :
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams.Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation abilities.In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and user story creation.Hands-on Salesforce configuration skills (workflows, reports, dashboards, etc.).Experience with data management, process optimization, and business analysis tools.Ability to propose scalable, efficient, and future-ready Salesforce solutions.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.Cross-functional collaboration across project planning, training, and testing phases.Preferred Certifications :
