Technical Troubleshooting Business line knowledge (Banking / Consumer Lending) Microsoft SQL server Windows OS Monitoring Tools – Solarwinds, BOTs Documentation – ServiceNow, Confluence Microsoft Office, Office 365 Understanding of networking, firewall, IP segmenting, whitelisting etc. Disaster Recovery, BCP IIS, (Apache Tomcat is plus) Incident / Change Management Vendor Management ServiceNow Window troubleshooting tools Confluence Mortgage platforms Appraisal Platforms Document share platforms Application monitoring platforms (SolarWinds) Microsoft Office tools

Technical Support Requirements :
- Build, maintain and troubleshoot business rules
- Build, maintain and troubleshoot custom print forms
- Manage user groups and permissions
- Manage versions and releases
- Monitor system performance, logs etc.
- Monitor and maintain integrations. nCino Mortgage, Optimal Blue, etc.
- Prepare HMDA (Home Mortgage Disclosure Act) update files and batch to Encompass
- Manage reporting database and data warehouse
- Business rule writing for new issues that arise per the Market and the business model
- Build and maintain DDM (Dynamic Data Management) tables and rules. Fees and other fields.
