Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Bench Sales Recruiter with solid experience in US Payroll and Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants, building strong relationships with clients and vendors, and ensuring successful placement while adhering to US payroll and tax compliance (W2, C2C, 1099, OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC).
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to Direct Clients, Prime, and Tier-1 Vendors
- Build and maintain vendor / client relationships to generate new opportunities
- Understand and work with US payroll processes, employment types, and tax terms
- Coordinate with consultants regarding interviews, feedback, and onboarding
- Maintain strong database of vendors, requirements, and submissions
- Negotiate rates with vendors / clients and finalize placements
- Keep track of consultant’s project status and ensure continuous marketing
- Meet daily / weekly submission and placement targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of proven experience in Bench Sales Recruiting in the US staffing industryStrong knowledge of US tax terms, payroll compliance, and immigration policiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and networking skillsAbility to market H1B, OPT, CPT, H4-EAD, L2-EAD, GC, and USC consultantsProficiency in job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, , and VMS portalsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented professionalExisting client / vendor network in US staffing market (Preferred)Experience working in Corp-to-Corp (C2C), Contract, and Full-time placements (Preferred)Prior experience with MSP / VMS systems (Preferred)
