About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing Bench Consultants, submitting profiles to clients, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for US staffing needs.

Responsibilities :

• Market available Bench Consultants to vendors and clients.
• Maintain regular interaction with vendors and build strong relationships.
• Negotiate rates, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate submissions.
• Maintain a database of candidates, vendors, and requirements.
