Job Summary

AiSensy is a mission-driven, growth-stage startup that is a global leader in WhatsApp-based Marketing & Engagement. We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Specialist with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and nurturing relationships with key enterprise accounts to drive significant revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to work with a young, enthusiastic team, own your department, and contribute directly to a platform that is driving a high impact for over 100,000 businesses globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with key enterprise accounts.
  • Engage in detailed product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of AiSensy's WhatsApp Engagement Platform.
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs, requirements, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns targeting enterprise clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining AiSensy's values and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
  • Represent AiSensy at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the brand and forge strategic partnerships.
  • Work closely with the product development team to relay customer feedback and insights, contributing to the continuous improvement of AiSensy's offerings.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets while aligning with AiSensy's strategic objectives.
  • Provide regular reports to the management team on sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and market insights.
  • Foster a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles with a consultative sales approach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B sales.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage a complex sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
