About the Role
We are looking for an AI Tools & Automation Expert to lead the adoption, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven tools across the company. This role involves working closely with multiple departments to identify opportunities for automation, deploying AI solutions, and ensuring successful integration into daily business operations. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with business process understanding to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Tools Implementation : Evaluate, recommend, and deploy AI tools and platforms across different departments (operations, sales, customer service, HR, finance, etc.).
- Process Automation : Design and implement automated workflows to streamline repetitive tasks, reduce manual effort, and increase accuracy.
- Cross-Department Collaboration : Partner with department heads to understand needs, identify AI / automation opportunities, and ensure successful rollouts.
- Custom AI Solutions : Build and integrate AI-powered solutions (chatbots, CSR agents, data entry automation, sentiment analysis, reporting, etc.).
- System Integration : Connect AI tools with existing enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HRMS, etc.) via APIs and workflow orchestration.
- Monitoring & Optimization : Develop dashboards to track AI usage, efficiency gains, and ROI; fine-tune implementations as needed.
- Change Management & Training : Provide training, documentation, and support to teams adopting AI tools; ensure smooth adoption across the organization.
- Innovation & Research : Stay updated on new AI / automation trends and continuously recommend tools and solutions to keep the company ahead.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.4–8 years of experience in AI tools, automation frameworks, or enterprise automation.Proven experience implementing AI solutions company-wide or in large-scale organizations.Strong knowledge of AI and automation platforms (e.g., n8n, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Zapier, Make, LangChain, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Ai, Azure AI, Google AI).Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js for building and integrating AI solutions.Experience with system integration via APIs, webhooks, and ETL pipelines .Familiarity with business workflows in operations, customer service, HR, finance, and sales.Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Preferred Skills
Hands On experience in Lovable , Cursor Ai, WindSurf , n8n etc.Also required hands-on experience with AI-based customer support agents and RPA implementations .Knowledge of cloud AI deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience with dashboards and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or custom solutions).Understanding of compliance, security, and governance in AI implementations.
