Position Summary :
The Head of Sales and Marketing will lead and drive our sales and brand positioning efforts across PAN India. This is a strategic leadership role focused on building market presence, driving demand, enhancing brand visibility, and accelerating revenue growth through effective go-to-market strategies. While the role covers both sales and marketing responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have a strong bias toward marketing leadership—owning product positioning, messaging, campaign execution, and digital outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for IT products to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and market penetration.
- Lead product positioning, value propositions, and marketing messaging in line with target customer personas and market trends.
- Coordinate product launches and ensure alignment with the sales team for go-to-market strategies.
- Manage brand reputation through PR, media engagements, webinars, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Leverage marketing analytics and KPIs to optimize campaign performance and improve ROI.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team focused on B2B IT product sales across the PAN India focusing on West region.
- Define and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand customer base in target markets.
- Develop channel partnerships, enterprise relationships, and strategic alliances.
- Work closely with the product and technical teams to align client feedback with product development and innovation.
- Monitor pipeline health, forecast sales performance, and drive accountability.
Required Qualifications & Experience :
Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.Strong background in B2B marketing of IT products .Proven track record of driving marketing-led growth and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.Experience in leading teams and scaling operations in across PAN India . focusing on West Region .Ability to understand technical products and translate features into compelling marketing narratives.Strong analytical mindset with experience in using marketing and CRM tools.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Attributes :
Graduation in any field is mandatoryMBA / PGDM in Marketing preferable
