Job description

Role : Client Service Executive

Location : Mumbai

CTC : 3.36 to 4.8 LPA

Job Summary :

We are seeking a result-driven Client Service Executive to monitor and supervise team. The primary objective of this role is to ensure revenue generation through both repeat business and new client acquisition within the BTL (Below The Line) & Events sector. You will bridge the gap between clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities :

1. Team Leadership & Strategy

  • Supervise, delegate tasks, and motivate the Client Service team to derive positive sales results and high performance.
  • Strategize and plan for handling client accounts on a regular basis to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Work in tandem with the Operations and Design teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.

2. Business Development :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and prospect development.
  • Understand business / technology scenarios to create solution offerings, business cases, and proposals for clients.
  • Prepare and submit execution plans for new ideas and oversee the implementation of approved projects.
  • 3. Operations & Project Management :

  • Ensure timely delivery of all project requisites and client deliverables.
  • Coordinate effectively with vendors and partners across Pan India.
  • Liaise with the internal Field Team to ensure on-ground execution aligns with client expectations.
  • Prepare and manage Recce reports, Estimates, and Installation Reports.
  • 4. Creative & Technical Coordination :

  • Conduct and assist in brainstorming and design development of creatives for clients.
  • Coordinate artwork approvals and manage the flow of creative assets.
  • Utilize understanding of various artwork formats (JPEG, TIFF, PSD, CDR) and printing media to guide the production process.
  • Requirements :

  • 2-3 years of experience in team handling.
  • Experience in BTL (Below The Line) marketing and Events is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate skillfully and confidently.
  • Excellent time management, strong teamwork capabilities, and a result-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
  • Understanding of various Printing Media.
  • Familiarity with design formats (Jpeg / Tiff / PSD / CDR).
