Key Responsibilities :
- Connect with prospects / clients via online leads and convert them into customers.
- Follow up on assigned leads to generate client acquisition and facilitate online Demat account openings.
- Explain products to clients and resolve queries related to account opening.
- Ensure compliance with processes laid out by the business for account opening.
- Update the database / lead management system to ensure proper reporting.
- Achieve assigned targets for client acquisition.
