Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Telecaller based in Panvel, Navi Mumbai. The Sales Telecaller will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating leads, promoting company services, and maintaining customer relationships. Key tasks include making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining product features, scheduling follow-ups, addressing customer queries, and maintaining records of interactions in the CRM system. Effective communication and customer engagement will be central to this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills tailored for customer engagement
• Experience in telecalling, cold calling, or outbound sales roles
• Proficiency in CRM tools and technology to maintain accurate customer records
• Ability to understand technical aspects of services and relay them effectively to clients
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a focus on follow-ups
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to handle challenges professionally
• Prior experience in sales, customer relations, or a related field is advantageous
• Minimum educational qualification : High school diploma or equivalent
