Responsibilities :
- Identify and Contact Leads : Find potential clients and reach out to them through various channels.
- Schedule Appointments : Arrange meetings or calls between sales representatives and prospects.
- Qualify Leads : Determine the level of interest and suitability of prospects for the sales team.
- Follow-up : Maintain contact with prospects and ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service : Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
Qualifications and Skills :

Outbound Calling : Making cold calls to potential clients.Lead Qualification : Assessing the potential of leads and ensuring they are qualified for sales follow-up.Appointment Scheduling : Scheduling meetings or calls with sales representatives.International Call Centre experience is a must.
