Responsibilities :
- Tell us something we don t know - you will execute detailed market research, understand business trends and competition, speak to our users and customers, and derive insights that will power the next generation of products that Tekion is working on.
- In data we trust - your data-driven analyses will help us project costs and estimate sales and profits. You will put together what-if analyses and suggest possible product enhancements which will help us meet our goals.
- Walk the talk - Product analysts at Tekion are storytellers. When you talk or write, people take notes. You will prepare detailed reports for our product and engineering teams and simultaneously provide concise takeaways for leadership to act on. Additionally, you must have the ability to work across multiple stakeholders - sales, marketing, implementation, product and engineering to drive product improvements.
- Process Design & Documentation - you will need to design and implement simple, effective processes that will enable our Product teams to solve customer and business problems efficiently. This involves creating detailed process maps and workflows that provide a clear picture of how the organization operates. Documentation is critical for identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Continual Improvement - you will play a key role in ensuring continual improvement. This involves monitoring, identifying areas of improvement and recommending changes that will lead to increased productivity.

Bachelor s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Engineering.3+ years of experience in a quantitative field (data science, analytics, market research, product analysis)Strong business acumen and ability to work through complex and ambiguous problemsDrive collaboration with cross-functional teamsQuantitative aptitude and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAgile Project Management skillsPreferred qualifications :
