Job Description : Associate Product Manager (3–7 Years Experience) About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Associate Product Manager to support the strategy, development, and execution of our product initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, user-obsessed, and able to translate business goals into actionable product plans. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, marketing, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in defining the product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and validate product decisions.
• Work closely with engineering to translate requirements into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Support product launches, including go-to-market planning, stakeholder communication, and post-launch evaluation.
• Collaborate with design to create intuitive user experiences informed by data and user behavior.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Contribute to documentation, release notes, and internal product knowledge assets.

Required Qualifications
