AI Assistant for Research using state-of-the-art language models (ChatGPT for Research)

What you’ll do :

• Assess and prioritise bugs and features based on impact
• Conduct thorough quality checks of features and work closely with engineering to ensure issues are resolved.
• Gather quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources, such as user feedback, surveys, sales metrics, and usage analytics.
• Use statistical tools and data visualisation techniques to interpret trends and patterns.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to share findings and recommendations with stakeholders.
• Track and evaluate product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) like user engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and surveys to gather insights about user behavior and preferences.
