Labcorp, a Forbes 2025 'Best Large Employer,' is looking for a visionary data leader to join our Global Insights team in Bangalore. As Senior Director of Marketing and Customer Analytics, you'll implement the strategy for how Labcorp leverages data to drive marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and enterprise growth.
Labcorp's Global Insights team is responsible for generating data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies, answer business questions, and help us better serve our customers. The role provides an opportunity for a data-driven executive who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
This role reports functionally to the VP of Global Insights based in United States and is a key part of the Global Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE), based in Bangalore, India.

Responsibilities :
This person will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing analytics team, partnering closely with marketing and business leaders to deliver actionable insights that drive growth. The right individual is comfortable with making decisions when there is ambiguity. S / he is highly collaborative and can lead through influence by involving a diverse array of internal stakeholders and business leaders
o Implement long-term marketing and customer analytics strategy : a roadmap for measuring comprehensive, multichannel marketing programs and campaigns while establishing key metrics
o Execute integrated data roadmap aligned to enable better customer understanding and experiences. This includes understanding and documenting the connectivity of various Martech platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, etc) and how this data proves effectiveness of marketing efforts with our customers
o Work closely with stakeholders to support and enhance organization's ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
o Collaborate with marketing and business partners to support the development of audience segmentation, web and media measurement, event optimization models and more.
o Present insights and recommendations to marketing and business teams
o Provide analytical support for new product launches and market expansion
o Support campaign planning with audience insights and performance forecasts
o Manage marketing measurement initiatives, working with customer marketers, brand and digital
marketing to establish KPI and tracking processes
o Work with digital team and others to enable more personalized customer engagement
o Lead benchmarking activities to ensure consistent ROI monitoring across marketing investment
o Educate marketing partners on data availability, KPI alignment to business goals, and tracking best practices to fuel better data accuracy and availability
o Build, mentor, and manage a team of marketing analysts and data scientists
o Create and socialize the mission, vision and values of the analytics team
o Define the team's support model for different marketing stakeholders
o Help evolve the team from a data provisioner to a strategic partner of marketing
o Coach teams on data connectivity, data usage, and performance storytelling through data. Train teams on data connectivity best practices through technology driven automation
o Develop and deliver analytical tools to better support partners in making data driven decisions
o Uncover new analytical models, tools and applications that can add incremental value to the organization. Identify new paths to maximize AI and other advanced analytical tools.
o Determine the need for, selecting and managing external service providers for marketing analytics
o Drive automation of reporting and analytical processes. Coach team members on best practices around automation and data hygiene
o Partner with IT teams to ensure reliable data infrastructure
o Ensure that Labcorp data is being streamlined and maximized across the organization
Requirements :
o Qualtrics, Salesforce, Alchemer, and / or similar customer data platforms
o Visualizations tools (Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire)
o Eloqua, SalesForce, Adobe and other martech platforms
