Job Summary
- Sound understanding of Banking Regulations like Basel
- Extensive SQL / similar tools experience in Data Analysis
- Manage day to day ad-hoc business requests for information and analysis.
- Leadership skills and presentation skills are highly desirable.
- Provide leadership to Business Analysts working in the program and assume accountabilities for all the deliverables.
- Responsible for capturing, elaborating business requirements & real-time analytics use cases in the journey, customer campaign and real-time analytics and translate them into user stories and functional design.
- Engage and Elicit business requirements from stakeholders in a challenging environment.
- Documenting the process / data flows & data mapping, processing and validation rules for use cases
- Ensure development team is able to deliver to business requirements.
- Adhere to SCRUM timeline and deliver accordingly.
- Prepare User Manuals and conduct Business User training sessions on product
