Role Overview :
Your primary role as a Sales Development Executive is to engage with corporates, startups, and insurance brokers, promoting Aurae Health's innovative solutions. You will be joining a dynamic team focused on high-velocity sales. This is a quota-carrying role (re : you will have sales targets).
Core Responsibilities :
- Identifying Target Accounts : Researching and identifying companies that would benefit from Aurae Health's employee wellness and engagement platform. This would involve focusing on HR leaders, benefits managers, and potentially insurance brokers and insurers.
- Engaging Prospects : Reaching out to key decision-makers within these target companies through various channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) to introduce Aurae Health's solutions.
- Understanding Needs : Conducting discovery calls to understand the challenges companies face regarding employee well-being, engagement, and insurance utilisation.
- Qualifying Leads : Assessing whether a prospect's needs align with Aurae Health's offerings and if they have the potential to become a customer.
- Scheduling Meetings : Setting up meetings or demos for the sales team (Corporate Sales Managers) with qualified prospects.
- Maintaining CRM : Keeping detailed records of all prospecting and outreach activities in a CRM system.
- Learning the Domain : Developing a strong understanding of the employee wellness, healthcare tech, and insurance benefits landscape to communicate Aurae Health's value proposition effectively.
- Collaborating with Sales / Marketing : Working with the sales and marketing teams to refine targeting, messaging, and sales strategies.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related fieldAt least 6months of relevant work experience(Freshers also can apply)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask, organise, and prioritise workAbility to research and identify potential leads.Persistence and resilience in the face of rejection.Good organisational and time management skills.Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.A basic understanding of the healthcare or insurance industry would be beneficial.Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer :
