Role : National Head – Operations Excellence & Client Governance
Location- Bangalore
Role Summary : Will act as the strategic enabler and governance anchor for Quess’ staffing operations. This leader will drive standardization, scalability, compliance, and automation across the organization to strengthen client hygiene, revenue assurance, and operational discipline. They will work above regional operations heads with a pan-India mandate, empowering existing state and regional teams to focus on day-to-day execution while leading transformation initiatives.
