Talent Acquisition Specialist- Construction

Key Accountability Areas Collaborate with Hiring Managers on manpower planning and hiring, determining selection criteria with Line Managers.

Utilize experience in headhunting and sourcing to identify top talent and manage the end-to-end sourcing and screening process, including conducting interviews.

Support employer branding efforts and promote the company's value proposition.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Fulfill reporting requirements and provide market data and insights to inform hiring strategies.

Ability to recruit, recognize and cultivate high performers and expose them in order to create a robust second line of management.

Ability to recognize low performers and guide them to improve or release them.

Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business.
