Our client is a well-respected engineering and fabrication company based in Perth. They are a delivery focused business that take charge of the project value chain and make sure deadlines are delivered to high quality and on time. Their success is built on the foundation of asking the right questions, understanding objectives and working with their clients to achieve the maximum ROI.

They specialise in bespoke engineering solutions for the Western Australian mining industry include products such as piping, chutes, hoppers, trusses etc.

The Position :

This is an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition / HR Advisor with a strong understanding of Blue & White-Collar recruitment. You will lead all activities related to the delivery or HR and recruitment services to the business, ensuring business continuity and optimal people processes. Skills and Experience :

  • Human Resource Management Degree OR Human Resource Management Diploma OR Senior HR / Recruitment Coordinator with a minimum of + 5 years
  • Experience in Recruiting Blue & White collars within an engineering, fabrication, construction or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of HR processes to ensure employee wellbeing and longevity.
  • Solutions-focused individual and driven to deliver results.
  • Self-starter with the ability to lead a team to achieve objectives.
  • Strong IT literacy with the ability to use the MS Office suite.
