Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced System Engineer with strong expertise in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and automation frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customizing workflows, building dashboards, supporting agile development practices, and driving quality improvements in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Support and enhance programmable add-ons / plug-ins such as Draw.io, Comala, ScriptRunner, etc.
• Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports to support project and team requirements.
• Work with Jira Service Desk for ticketing and support functions.
• Write and optimize SQL and JQL queries for reporting and analysis.
• Support Continuous Integration (CI) processes and contribute to test automation frameworks.
• Develop scripts / programs using Java, Groovy, and Python to automate processes and integrations.
• Collaborate with QA teams on test automation frameworks and drive improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile / Scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Proactively troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability in complex computing environments.

Education Requirements : Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
