Job description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Market Research & Segmentation

Research target industries (pharma, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, energy, BFSI, etc.) across US, EU, Middle East, and India.

Identify decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of IT, Innovation, Digital Transformation).

Build a prospect list with verified contact details (LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, etc.).

  • Prospecting & Outreach
  • Draft personalized outreach messages (email, LinkedIn, InMail, cold calling).

    Assist in running outreach campaigns using CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, etc.).

    Engage prospects through value-based messaging on AI, LLM, IoT, Web & Mobile App Development offerings.

  • Data Management
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, outreach status, and follow-ups in CRM.

    Track and update leads through the sales pipeline stages.

    Ensure GDPR / CCPA compliance while handling EU & US prospect data.

  • Collaboration
  • Coordinate with sales & business development teams to qualify leads.

    Support senior team members in scheduling introductory meetings or demos.

    Share market insights and feedback from prospects to refine go-to-market strategy.

  • Performance Tracking
  • Prepare weekly lead generation & outreach reports (number of prospects added, emails sent, responses, meetings scheduled).

    Analyze open rates, response rates, and conversions to suggest improvements.
