Role Description :
Were looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Intern to support our B2B and placement team by identifying potential hiring partners and key decision-makers across industries. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in market research and business outreach while working in a fast-paced and growth-focused environment.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential leads for Newton Schools hiring partnerships.Research job openings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Naukri, and others.Identify and verify the right Point of Contact (POC) (e.g., HRs, Hiring Managers, Founders, etc.) for the shortlisted leads.Maintain and organize data in Excel / Sheets with clarity and consistency.Support the placement and sales team with lead-related insights and updates.Ensure quality and relevance of leads based on defined criteria.Requirements :
Basic to medium proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.Strong research and analytical skills.Familiarity with job platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Naukri, etc.).Good communication and attention to detail.Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.Perks :
