Job Title : MIS Executive
Key Responsibilities
Training & LMS Management
- Manage and administer the LMS platform, including assigning training modules to DSEs (Dealer Sales Executives)
- Create and maintain training reports segmented by levels : Beginner, Premium, Super-Premium
- Monitor training completion and generate performance reports
- Conduct post-training evaluations including effectiveness analysis and premium adequacy reports
- Prepare engaging presentations to communicate training outcomes and insights
- Reporting & Analysis
- Develop and automate training dashboards and performance metrics
- Pull and analyze LMS data to identify trends and improvement areas
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with business goals
- NPS(Net Promoter Score)- Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, measured through NPS metrics.
- SAP & IMS- Processing Invoices.
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint Expertise
Use Pivot Tables , COUNTIF , SUMIF , and Data Validation to manage and analyze large datasetsApply Conditional Formatting to highlight key insightsDesign professional PowerPoint presentations to showcase training impact and performance metricsJob Location : Bangalore
