Data Collection & Management
- Gather sales data from various sources (e.g., ERP, distributor portals, field sales apps).
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and reports.
Report Generation
Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for :Sales performanceSales vs forecast analysisDistribution coveragePromotions and scheme effectivenessAutomate recurring reports using Excel and Power BI.Dashboard Management
Design and update dashboards for real-time monitoring of KPIs.Provide visual insights for regional and national sales and marketing teams.Sales & Distribution Analysis
Track and analyze primary and secondary sales trends.Support field teams with insights on :Outlet performanceDistributor efficiencyMarket penetrationForecasting & Planning Support
Collaborate with demand planning and sales teams for volume forecasting.Highlight variances between forecasted and actual sales.Compliance & Data Security
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business data.Ensure reports and systems comply with company policies and audit requirements.Deliverables
