Job Title : MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

Training & LMS Management

• Manage and administer the LMS platform, including assigning training modules to DSEs (Dealer Sales Executives)
• Create and maintain training reports segmented by levels : Beginner, Premium, Super-Premium
• Monitor training completion and generate performance reports
• Conduct post-training evaluations including effectiveness analysis and premium adequacy reports
• Prepare engaging presentations to communicate training outcomes and insights
• Reporting & Analysis
• Develop and automate training dashboards and performance metrics
• Pull and analyze LMS data to identify trends and improvement areas
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with business goals
• NPS(Net Promoter Score)- Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, measured through NPS metrics.
• SAP & IMS- Processing Invoices.
