About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resource Manager to lead the HR function for a reputed organization in the Retail & Hospitality sector . The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing large-scale HR operations, building strong people strategies, and driving organizational growth within QSR restaurants, hotel chains, or luxury retail brands .
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition, learning & development, and performance management initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, culture building, and retention programs.
- Oversee compensation & benefits, HR compliance, and policy formulation.
- Partner with business heads to support expansion and operational excellence.
- Ensure alignment between HR practices and organizational goals across multiple locations.
