Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a HR Executive located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• 3–5 years’ experience in HR Operations and Payroll
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliance, and employment laws
• Good Knowledge of handling HR software (Zoho, Spine HR etc) and recruitment platforms
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
