Dy. Manager / Manager-Manufacturing Excellence(MOST)

We are seeking an experienced Dy. Manager / Manager - Manufacturing Excellence with a strong focus on implementing MOST (Maynard Operation Sequence Technique) and Lean Manufacturing principles. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead efforts to streamline material flow, enhance OEE, and reduce waste across our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lean & Work Measurement : Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives and conduct Work Measurement using the MOST methodology. This includes performing MOST studies and cycle time studies to analyze and optimize operations.
• Process Optimization : Drive the streamlining of material flow and process flow . You will be responsible for OEE improvement , conducting NVA (Non-Value Added) analysis and reduction , and implementing single-piece flow .
• Continuous Improvement : Manage process development, Value Analysis , and continuous improvement projects. This involves reducing waste using TIM WOODS principles and implementing methodologies like TPM, Kaizen , and 5S techniques .
• Layout & Planning : Oversee line balancing activities and the implementation of Value Stream improvements across equipment, processes, and equipment layout. You will also be involved in Capex and Opex budgeting planning .
