š” Role Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented and analytical Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid acquisition strategy. The role focuses on Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) , with the goal of driving qualified traffic, boosting direct bookings, and maximizing ROI.
As the Performance Marketing Manager, youāll design, execute, and optimize campaigns while collaborating with creative, product, and analytics teams to scale customer acquisition and revenue.
š» Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategy & execute campaigns : Create and implement performance marketing strategies across paid search (SEM / PPC), paid social (Meta / ), display, affiliates, and remarketing.
- Manage budget & ROI : Own and allocate budgets effectively to maximize impact and ensure campaigns hit revenue and efficiency targets.
- Analyze & optimize performance : Track KPIs such as ROI, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and CPL. Use insights to continuously optimize campaigns.
- Conduct testing : Manage A / B tests for ad copy, targeting, landing pages, and creatives to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally : Work closely with design and content teams to create high-performing ad assets, and align with sales / revenue teams for seasonal demand strategies.
- Stay current : Keep updated on industry trends, platform updates, and new ad technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Create reports : Deliver clear, actionable campaign reports and executive summaries for leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.3ā5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (paid media & acquisition focus).Proven track record managing Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns with strong ROI.Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and attribution models .Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and act on campaign data.Experience managing monthly ad budgets and optimizing for performance.Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.Data-driven mindset with curiosity and a passion for continuous learning.ā Preferred Skills
Experience in hospitality, travel, e-commerce, or growth-stage companies.Knowledge of marketing automation & CRM systems .Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.).š What We Offer
