The CEO Mandate : Institutionalise and Scale the Business

• Deliver : 4X growth in 3–5 years, strong margins, bankable pipeline, and enable promoter retirement via strategic investment or exchange listing.
• Be the face at CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM, AIMA, IMC and government bodies; influence policy for faster ESCO uptake.
• Build relationships with C-suites : Engage CEOs / CFOs (and deputies) at India’s largest energy consuming enterprises.
• Build & lead national key-account teams; own P&L and order book; typical deal size ₹2–20 Cr.
• Shorten cycles (currently 9 months) by taking proposals from plant / purchase to the boardroom; drive ESG-aligned adoption of carbon footprint reduction while saving crores of rupees each year.
