Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho apps. Expertise in Deluge (Data Enriched Language for the Universal Grid Environment) scripting. Experience with Zoho APIs, REST APIs, and webhooks. Good understanding of automation platforms like Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make.com. Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL is a plus.
