Job Description
Identify potential customers and generate new leads for Zoho software products.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Zoho applications (CRM, Books, People, Projects, etc.).
Give product demonstrations and presentations to prospects.
Build strong relationships with clients to drive sales and long-term business opportunities.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly / quarterly targets.
Coordinate with the technical team for solution delivery and customer onboarding.
Stay updated on Zoho’s latest features, updates, and modules.
Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Requirements
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Zoho software (CRM, Books, People, Desk, Projects, etc.).
Ability to understand client needs and deliver solutions accordingly.
Negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic understanding of SaaS and cloud-based software.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho apps. Expertise in Deluge (Data Enriched Language for the Universal Grid Environment) scripting. Experience with Zoho APIs, REST APIs, and webhooks. Good understanding of automation platforms like Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make.com. Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL is a plus.
