Experience with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, or similar). Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Exposure to Agile or ITIL methodologies. Internship or academic project experience in software / application development. Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced IT engineers. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate applications with existing systems.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Document technical processes and application configurations.
- Stay current with software development and IT best practices.
