General description of role :
Develop and execute the segment strategy and business proposition for clients in the SME segment (defined as clients with 500 employees) and make it a scalable and profitable business proposition. The incumbent will also be given additional responsibilities as part of the role beyond SME

Required education and certifications critical for the role - MBA / MCA / Post Graduate diploma in business with addition 10-15+ years' experience in the insurance field in client facing areas, Experience of having worked in the SME segment specifically with Insurtech firms with a demonstrated capability of having scaled up businesses will be critical
