Core Responsibilities :
- Lead projects involving labor capacity strategies, validation of instore execution, strategic initiatives that support and drive optimization of operations in the stores.
- SME for MST business by in depth knowledge of the MST metrics & dashboards.
- Responsible for creating Job aids to aid the in-store execution.
- Provide recommendation and insights to drive impactful business decisions.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining global partnership for seamless exchange of knowledge and context.
- Knowledge Management - create, validate the SOPs for all the processes.
- Implement Project Management practices to help the team deliver projects within prescribed timelines with expected level of quality.
- Work in a team environment with focus on achieving team goals vs individual goals.

4+ years of Retail ExperienceEducation Qualification & Certifications (optional)

B.com / BBM / MBA / Retail Operations ManagementSkill Set Required
