Assoicate Analyst - MST Operations

Merchandise Service Team (MST) is responsible to deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe and stocked with products our customers need.

The MST Associate analyst is responsible for quality audit of the bays executed by MST team and support the strategy execution of Labour Capacity, Vendors and Field Merchandising Teams.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Core Responsibilities :

• Responsible for supporting the MST teams at the stores while executing processes across Resets & Services.
• Work on the most recently executed resets, largest labour hour projects on auditing the reset execution.
• Partners with SSC - B (Bangalore) and SSC - M (Mooresville, US) teams
• Assists with troubleshooting while quality audit of the bays executed by MST team.
• Disciplined approaches to data policies, data quality, data management and business processes
• Owns the communication and progress updates on a daily basis for resets & services.
• Compliance to all Trackers
