MERN Stack Developer - Express.js / React.js

As a MERN stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. You will work closely with our product and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet the needs of our users.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Mandatory Skills :

• Mern
• Nodejs
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in web application development using ReactJS (functional components, hooks, advanced patterns).
• Proficiency in Redux (Redux Toolkit), Apollo Client, React Query, or equivalent state management approaches.
• Strong experience in GraphQL APIs development and integration.
• Solid knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB (Mongoose ORM).
• Proficient in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Good hands-on with AWS services essential for full-stack and frontend hosting.
• Expertise in performance optimization and debugging React applications.
• Experience in CI / CD, DevOps, containerization (Docker), and microservices is a plus.
• Strong understanding of API security and frontend security best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
